Your account

Delete your ShotBreak account. Three ways, one answer.

This page covers your account on shotbreak.com and in the ShotBreak for Photographers app for Android and iPhone. It is one account, so deleting it in one place deletes it everywhere.

  1. In the ShotBreak for Photographers app

    Open the app and tap:

    1. More
    2. Settings
    3. Help
    4. Delete my account
  2. Here, on the web

No app needed. Sign in to the account you want deleted and ask from this page.

  3. By email

Write to privacy@shotbreak.com from the email address on your account, so we can match the request to you.

Before you go

  • Download any photos you want to keep. Once your galleries are deleted, we cannot bring them back.
  • Let your clients know. Their gallery and portal links stop working when your account is deleted.
  • If clients still owe you money through ShotBreak, collect it first.
Only want some of your data deleted?

You can keep your account and ask us to delete specific information instead. Email privacy@shotbreak.com and tell us what you want removed. You can also delete a single gallery yourself at any time, and its photos are deleted from our storage with it.
