Take a break · How it works
Set it once. It runs at every checkout.
Three settings. Set once, used on every booking.
- 01Free radius
Travel included.
Pick how far you’ll go at no extra charge.
- 02Your fee
Flat, or by distance.
A flat amount for anything past your free radius, or a rate per mile or kilometer for the distance beyond it.
- 03Your range
Where it stops.
Set the furthest you’ll travel. Past it, the client is asked to send you a message, so a destination job becomes a conversation, not a lost lead.
Set a default once, or give one session type its own rules.
Your client’s side
The fee shows before they pay. Never after.
Your client types the venue. ShotBreak measures the distance from the location on your listing and adds the travel fee as its own line in the summary, before they confirm. Inside your free radius they read “travel included”.
Past your range: they can’t pay online and are asked to send you a message, so you can quote it yourself.
Distance is measured in a straight line, not by road.

Yes. It’s added to the booking total as its own line and paid with the booking, in full or with ShotBreak Pay.
In a straight line from the location on your listing to the venue your client enters. Not by road, so set your radius with that in mind.
The client can’t pay for that booking online. They’re asked to send you a message, so you can quote it yourself.
Yes. Each one uses your default unless you give it its own.
Yes. Venues can be anywhere, and you can work in miles or kilometers.
